Tender Age Selected for IFP No Borders

Tauihu Media feature film project Tender Age has been selected for the No Borders Coproduction Market in New York.

Producer Tui Ruwhiu will represent Tender Age at the market, which runs from 19 – 22 September 2016.

No Borders

No Borders is a project specific coproduction market that has this year accepted only 51 narrative drama feature projects from around the world. It is a Project Forum that occurs during IFP Film Week.

Project Forum

The Project Forum supports the future of storytelling by providing both creative and business opportunities to original and provocative narrative and documentary filmmakers, as well as web, episodic and transmedia storytellers. The program nurtures both emerging and established artists, helping them to connect with financiers, executives, influencers and decision-makers in film, TV, new media and cross-platform storytelling who can help them complete their latest works, connect with audiences, and sustain long-term careers.

The Forum is a place of true discovery for industry, presenting a curated selection of 160 works-in-progress each year (narrative drama, documentary, series, web series). IFP selects work that is original and provocative, across a broad range of budgets, genres, sensibilities and platforms. Selection ranges from highly commercial indie fare to as well as work that tackles controversial subject matter, introduces wildly engaging and often hilarious worldviews, and challenges traditional form.
